Job summary
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. Night shift opportunities full-time or per diem with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Nights.

Qualifications
- Active nursing license in Colorado required.
- CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
- Experience in geriatric or senior care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident needs.
- Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
- Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
- Monitor residents and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing tasks.
- Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
- Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
- Respect resident preferences in the EMR and care routines.
- Ensure documentation is current, accurate and timely.
- Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
