Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This role offers night shifts on a full-time or per diem basis with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, build relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet clinical and personal goals. Active Colorado RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification required (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience with EMR preferred.
• Seasoned RNs or new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, providing compassionate nursing care.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident status and react to changes to ensure safety and comfort.
