Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care on 12-hour night shifts, with full‑time or per diem options and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time nights.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet, and web applications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence and educate residents and families.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; ensure documentation is current.
