You will participate in quarterly goal planning with management, embrace change, and expand RN skills. The position features a full-time night schedule (3/12-hour shifts), weekend and holiday rotation, and incentive differentials.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates a plan of care, including discharge planning, with patient/family and health team input.
• Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team.
• Evaluates the patient's and family's response to care and revises the plan of care as needed.
