Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide nursing care per policy and standards.
• Plan and coordinate discharge and patient education.
• Document care activities accurately in patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor other staff as assigned.
