Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN to join the Resource Team in Sun City West, AZ, floating to multiple service lines including Med/Surg and PCU. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with an 18% night differential and weekend differential when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate and provide direct patient care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
