This full-time night role (7:00pm–7:30am) includes an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential, with a $3/hour float incentive and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice with BLS certification.
• Experience in acute care nursing is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological and discharge planning.
• Formulate and revise a care plan with patient/family input.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Evaluate outcomes and update the plan of care accordingly.
• Document assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide care based on best evidence and mentor others when appropriate.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
