Job summary

Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Resource Team on nights. This full-time role supports Med/Surg, OBs, and Progressive Care units, with 36 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

A self-scheduling tool is provided for shift and weekend coverage, plus $3/hr float pay, 18% night differential, and a $3/hour weekend differential when applicable. As part of Banner Health’s Clinical Care Operations, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement and adjust nursing care plans based on patient response.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and family as needed.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to other staff as assigned.
