Job summary

Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix is seeking an RN to join the Resource Team Float on Med/Surg/Observation units. You will work night shifts (3x12-hour 7:00PM–7:30AM) with a sign-on bonus and opportunities to participate in the Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program.

Only applicants with an active RN license and BLS certification will be considered. The position offers a high-visibility role across units and a chance to contribute to Magnet-recognized care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care in collaboration with the patient and family.
• Develop and revise plans of care and discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care with the health care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document nursing assessments, plans, and interventions accurately in the patient record.
• Provide care according to physician orders, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
