Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a Nurse Resident to complete a 12‑month RN Residency. Qualifications

• New graduate RN with less than 6 months of experience as a Professional RN.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients following Wellstar Standards of Care.
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team and engage families in care planning.
• Apply the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Support development for nurses and serve as a preceptor when appropriate.

Education

Diploma from nursing program

Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing

Bachelor's Degree BSN Preferred
