Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process and ensures individualized care.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care.
• Acts as preceptor/mentor for other nurses and staff.
• Supports performance improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing.
• Upholds policies, procedures, and standards for patient safety and care.
