Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current BLS; ACLS within six months of hire
• BSN strongly preferred; ADN acceptable
• Medical/Surgical and/or Telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and every other weekend/holiday as required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes to intervene early
• Provide safe medications, treatments, and hands-on care grounded in clinical judgment
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for timely, well-coordinated care decisions
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately for the next phase of care
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record to promote continuity of care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to improve communication and transitions of care
• Support ongoing professional growth through continuing education and clinical ladder opportunities
