RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. The role offers night shifts and a path for growth within a supportive team focused on safety and high-quality patient care.

Candidates must hold an active NJ RN license, AHA BLS, and ideally a BSN; CCRN is a plus. This part-time 25-hour weekly position emphasizes teamwork and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; CCRN certification considered a plus.
Experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intervene early.
Administer medications and provide hands-on care.
Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for care decisions.
Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.
Document accurately in the electronic medical record.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
Pursue continued professional growth via clinical ladder and education.
