Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure care respects patient rights and preferences.
• Participate in policy and process decisions affecting patient flow.
• Provide feedback to ED leadership on patient flow practices.
• Constantly rounding in triage, waiting rooms and patient rooms.
• Coordinate with Bed Management, ED providers, nursing and others to ensure timely placement.
• Lead staff for patient placement and department throughput.
