Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the St Vincent Regional Hospital unit in Billings, MT. This night-shift position requires assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and leading LPNs/CNAs in a fast-paced Ortho/Med Surg environment.

You will develop and implement individualized care plans, document diligently, and adhere to all clinical guidelines and safety protocols while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN must obtain BSN within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and team.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs; participate in unit conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
