Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift on a high-demand ortho/post-surgical unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, coordinating care, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, with a focus on patient and family outcomes. Licensure, BSN-completion requirements, and BLS-HCP are required.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state of practice.
• ASN/ADN holders must complete a BSN within four years of hire unless exempt by years of RN experience.
• Current licensure and BLS-HCP certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and staff.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in unit conferences.
