Job summary

Intermountain Health’s St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift. The RN provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, while collaborating with LPNs and CNAs in a fast-paced unit.

BSN progress is required within four years, with licensure and BLS-HCP on hire or soon after. The position emphasizes adherence to guidelines, safety, and teamwork within an Ortho/Med Surg setting, offering a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from date of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
• Foster quality of care with patient and family interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
