Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on the medical floor. The unit serves adults with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, including observation patients, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 where applicable.

BSN degree within 4 years, MT RN license, and BLS on hire are required. You will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, and ensure documentation guidelines are followed while supervising

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-focused outcomes.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret journals and government regulations; write reports.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
