Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is hiring a Registered Nurse for the night shift on a full-time basis. A BSN is required within four years, with a Montana RN license and BLS certification on hire.

Qualifications

• BSN degree within 4 years or 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and team.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in team conferences.
