Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse for the medical floor on the night shift. The unit specializes in respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis care and offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and participate in clinical conferences while complying with hospital guidelines and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program within 4 years unless 15 years acute care.
• Current Montana RN license.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• National certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
