Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift on the medical floor in Butte, MT. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate care with the health team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

A BSN is required within 4 years (or after 15 years of acute care service); Montana RN licensure and BLS are required on hire. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for qualifying applicants.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with other health team members.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
