Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift on the medical floor. The unit treats adults with respiratory, cardiac and sepsis conditions, plus observation patients.

BSN is required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service; MT RN license and BLS on hire are mandatory. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered. You will collaborate with LPNs/CNAs and participate in team conferences.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
