Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night-shift on the medical floor. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborate with the care team and use evidence-based practice to improve outcomes. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available where applicable.

Requirements include a BSN within four years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, and BLS on hire. Preferred certification in specialty area.

Qualifications

• BSN degree within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification on hire.
• National Certification in area of practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
