Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on the night shift for a 26-bed medical floor in Butte, MT. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the health care team.

BSN degree required within 4 years (unless prior acute care experience); MT RN license and BLS upon hire are mandatory. National certification preferred. Includes up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.
• National Certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
