Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on the medical floor. The unit provides care for respiratory, cardiac and sepsis patients on a 26-bed unit with observation patients.

A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and coordinate with the health care team while adhering to hospital guidelines and documentation

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Active Montana RN license and BLS certification required at hire.
• National certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs in daily care.
• Coordinate with medical team and participate in conferences.
• Follow hospital guidelines, policies and documentation standards.
