Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The role emphasizes rounding, planning, and coordination of care for adult medical patients on a 26-bed unit, with oversight of LPNs/CNAs and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.

Candidates must have a BSN within 4 years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, and BLS. National certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• National Certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
