Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care across all care phases.

The role requires current RN licensure and a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Night shifts are available, with a full-time schedule and a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practicing and/or multistate licensure under NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
