Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in practice state or multistate license (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with providers to plan, implement and evaluate care.
