Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process and coordinate with an inter-disciplinary team. The role requires collaboration with residents, families and healthcare providers across all phases of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license current and in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Possesses multistate licensure if applicable (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Educate residents and coordinate care across units; delegate tasks as appropriate.
