Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents during 12‑hour night shifts. The role collaborates with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while maintaining the highest standards of practice. The position is full-time with a 40‑hour work week in a not-for-profit setting committed to quality

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
