Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver resident-focused care in Lakota, ND. The role uses the nursing process across all phases of care, with collaboration from families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate outcomes.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and ability to obtain required competencies and certifications. Night shift, full-time schedule, and weekend/holiday coverage are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments and education, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
