Job summary
Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
This full-time night-shift role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license, with competencies and certifications maintained. Good Samaritan offers comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus where eligible.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with state board or multi-state licensure (NLC).
- Maintains required department competencies and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
- Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
- Support care planning, assessment, and education across care settings.
- Operate within the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
