Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Lakota, ND facility to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will assess residents, collaborate with families and the care team, and ensure high-quality nursing standards across all care phases.

You may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff. This full-time role includes night shifts, a 40-hour work week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
