Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board or multi-state licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct assessments, and provide resident education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope and competence.
