Job summary

Good Samaritan in Larimore, ND, seeks a Registered Nurse for our Long Term Care facility. The RN provides individualized nursing care, coordinates with families and an interdisciplinary team, and uses the nursing process across all care phases.

The role may include charge nurse duties, delegation of tasks, and ensuring safe, high-quality resident care. A current RN license and relevant experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
