Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate license).
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate on care plans and interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within competence and scope of practice.
