Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff in accordance with licensure and competence.
