Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit long-term care facility in North Dakota seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized care to residents using the nursing process.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of health maintenance, prevention, and treatment. A strong license and compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
