Job summary

TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct and indirect care to patients and families, participate in assessment, nursing process, and care planning within a trauma-informed behavioral health framework.

This full-time night-shift position requires MA RN license (BSN preferred), CPR certification, and experience in psychiatric or substance use settings.

Qualifications

Active participation in health care team providing direct and indirect patient care.
Assess patients' physical and psychological condition throughout care continuum.
Utilize nursing process aligned with TaraVista Behavioral Health Center.
Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista core values.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to contribute to treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect care to patients and families.
Assess ongoing patient condition and respond to changes.
Document and implement goals and interventions based on patient strengths and issues.
