Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health Center in Devens, Massachusetts, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct care, perform ongoing patient assessments, and contribute to care plans in a 24-hour schedule with day shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.

The role requires MA RN license (BSN preferred), CPR certification, and experience in behavioral health or substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings preferred
• Crisis management and time management skills; ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and guardians.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition continuously across the care continuum.
• Contribute to treatment plans with appropriate goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic care milieu.
