Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for adult inpatient behavioral health in Devens, Massachusetts. This full-time 32-hour night shift role includes weekend and holiday rotation and direct care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will assess patients, collaborate on treatment plans, and document care while upholding trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders.
• Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings preferred.
• Crisis management and time management skills; ability to stay calm under stress.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition throughout care.
• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and guardians.
• Participate in developing and documenting treatment goals and interventions.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
• Maintain safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista core values.
