TaraVista Behavioral Health Center in Devens, MA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for an evening 24-hour shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) with weekend and holiday rotation, joining a multidisciplinary team to provide direct and indirect patient care.

MA RN license (BSN preferred), CPR, and behavioral-health experience required; strong crisis and time-management skills are essential to support safe, compassionate care and collaborative treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities.
• Crisis management and time management skills; ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition throughout the continuum of care.
• Contribute to treatment plans by developing, implementing, and documenting goals and interventions.
