Job summary

TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. Full-time (32 hrs) and part-time (24 hrs) positions are available, including evenings and nights with weekend requirements.

You will provide direct care, assess patients, and participate in care planning within TaraVista's trauma-informed model. Join a compassionate team dedicated to patients and families and support a stable therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required or eligible
• BSN preferred
• CPR certification required
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use inpatient setting preferred
• Ability to manage crises and de-escalation; strong communication with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition continuously throughout the continuum of care.
• Apply the nursing process per TaraVista Behavioral Health Center's philosophy and core principles.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's values.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and document goals and interventions.
