Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health Center in Devens, MA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support to patients and families, and participate in care planning and documentation.

The role requires an active MA RN license (BSN preferred), CPR certification, and experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment. Evening shifts available with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Behavioral health and substance use treatment knowledge advantageous.
• CPR certification required; crisis and de-escalation skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological status continuously.
• Apply nursing process per TaraVista mission and core principles.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu aligned with TaraVista values.
• Collaborate to develop, implement, and document patient goals and interventions.
