Plymouth-Housing-Group is seeking a Residential Specialist in Seattle to support residents as part of the Permanent Supportive Housing team. You will help maintain safety, foster a welcoming environment, and provide resources to tenants while working 24/7 coverage in a unionized setting.

The role emphasizes harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and housing-first principles, with duties spanning front-d lobby operations, resident support, and collaboration with case managers in a busy building.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience serving low-income households or individuals with disabilities helpful.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse population.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook; ability to work with databases.

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby functions: greet visitors, answer phones, monitor security, direct vendors.
• Coordinate with Housing Case Managers to support tenants and connect residents with resources.
• Assist with unit services and re-entry into units as needed.
• Mediates conflicts and uses de-escalation techniques.
• Distribute notices and materials, ensuring accessibility for language and disability needs.
• Support offsite property management tasks and rent collection.
• Supervise volunteers and interns as directed.
