Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Spokane, WA seeks a Residential Treatment Specialist for nights (Thu-Sun, 9pm-7am) to support residents on individualized treatment plans and the Behavioral Health Division.

You will perform daily shift activities, monitor safety, document observations, assist with health, hygiene, and transportation duties, and help implement structured activities to promote recovery and independent living.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor credential within 60 days.
• First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical care and implement programming to assist residents with their treatment plans.
• Supervise resident movement, activity and rule compliance; document observations.
• Assist residents with health, hygiene, and daily living tasks; support transportation needs.
• Prepare intake/discharge procedures and program orientations; complete required reports.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and manage clothing requests; support visitation and safety.
