Job summary

Plymouth Housing in Seattle seeks a Part-time On-Call Residential Specialist to support residents in a 24/7 building. You will manage front lobby duties, assist with tenant services, and help maintain safety and a clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and serving low-income households.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse residents and staff.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Operates front lobby and logs visitors, answers phones and monitors security systems.
• Coordinates with Housing Case Managers to support resident goals and outreach to residents.
• Mediates conflicts and uses de-escalation techniques to ensure resident safety.
• Maintains building safety via routine checks and reporting of hazards.
• Assists with notices, communications, and coordination with staff and vendors.
