Job summary

Plymouth Housing Group in Seattle seeks a Residential Specialist to support residents of permanent supportive housing. The RS provides front-desk and building-wide services, maintains safety and cleanliness, and works within harm-reduction and trauma-informed care values to foster community.

This full-time, union-represented position requires flexible shifts, 24/7 presence in building, and collaboration with Housing Case Managers.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate with diverse residents and staff.
• Experience assisting low-income households and individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby functions: check visitors, answer calls, monitor security.
• Provide resident resources and liaison with external service providers.
• Support Housing Case Managers and Community Specialist to align resident goals.
• Mediates conflicts and ensures safety and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Assist with building operations, notices, and communication to residents.
