The position requires compassion for individuals facing homelessness and complex behavioral health needs, with duties ranging from crisis intervention to client record-keeping and community activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents in the general milieu and common areas.
• Assist clinical staff in coordinating services and contacting outside providers as needed.
• Help engage residents through trust-building strategies and on-site activities.
• Manage building operations when other staff are unavailable.
• Operate lobby functions: check visitors, answer phones, monitor security.
