Job summary

Intermountain Health in Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift on the medical floor. The role focuses on assessing and planning patient care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered where applicable. The position requires a BSN within 4 years (or documented long acute-care experience), Montana RN license, and BLS upon hire.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
